All about the trip

We will pick you up from Taipei in the morning and go directly to Dharma Drum Mountain. Dharma Drum Mountain was named after an analogy in the Lotus Sutra “Beating the large Dharma drum” in hope that by beating the mind-purifying Dharma drum, people may obtain peace and harmony. Here, you can attend a course about the basic knowledge of Zen and practice it in person. Feel free to ask questions. Then we will have a break for lunch.

In the afternoon we will visit the Juming Museum. The museum is a celebration of art in all its forms. Housing primarily the works of the famous sculptor Ju-Ming, the museum also displays the works of those who have had an impact on him, those who have inspired him, and those whom he has inspired.

Later afternoon we will drive you back to your hotel
