All about the trip

We will pick you up at the port in the city of Safaga. Together we will drive for 4 hours in an air-conditioned car to Luxor. It's a long road, but it's definitely worth it!

At the end, you will see the most beautiful monuments of ancient Egypt. You will even see many beautiful places during the drive. You will first visit the famous Karnak Temple in Luxor, the largest temple ever built. Even its ancient name Ipet-isut means the most sacred place. This temple, or rather a complex of temples, was built more than two thousand years ago by different generations of pharaohs. There is a breathtaking colonnaded hall with huge columns on the grounds. After visiting the temple complex, you will stop at a local restaurant, where you will have lunch and rest. After a tasty lunch, you will stop at the Colossi of Memnon. These are two statues of Amenhotep III. Next, we will visit together the Valley of the Kings, where the wonderful tombs of the pharaohs were discovered. The tombs here are carved deep into the rock, are richly decorated, and full of treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. This is not the end of your tour of the most beautiful Egyptian monuments, the last monument awaits you, namely the beautiful temple of Queen Hatshepsut in El Deir El Bahrí. The uniqueness of this temple is not only in its architectural design but also because Hatshepsut was the only female pharaoh. We will take you back to the port around 18:00. This tour is specially designed to be wheelchair-friendly.
