All about the trip

Once we’ve given you all the safety and driving instructions you’ll need, the mountain trails await us.

The tour takes you off the beaten track. From asphalt and gravel roads to mountain tracks, rocky paths to steep slopes, you’ll get the thrill of quad biking on a range of terrains. And all surrounded by stunning scenery. Your destinations are two stunning mountains: Hafrafell and Úlfarsfell. First, you have to get up there which is a thrilling quad bike experience, as you take incredible mountain trails to the peaks. Your reward? Unbelievable views across the Reykjavik area and the Reykjanes peninsula. It really is twice as nice.

Most of our guests are beginners, so we know how to provide an experience that’s as safe as it is fun. Our quad bikes are fully automatic and super-easy to use. And our expert guides will make sure you have all the safety instruction you need. The beauty of Reykjavik is how close we are to nature.

All drivers must be at least 17 years of age and have a valid full driver’s license (although it is not necessary to bring it along).
Passengers have to be at least 6 years of age, but height does matter. Safety is our top priority.
Legal guardians must sign for all passengers under 17 years of age.
Use of alcohol & drugs is strictly forbidden prior to and during any tour.

Instructions

Please be 15 minutes at our base camp before departure. Tracks are dependent on weather and trail conditions.

What to take with you?

Please bring proper shoes. Please do not wear high heels, sandals, flip flops or open toed shoes. Also, please wear outdoor clothes suitable for the weather conditions.

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
