The true beauty of Portugal is still hidden to most of the people, who spend all their time on busy beaches. Instead of following the crowds, come and join us on this trip to see the sceneries that only locals know.

You will admire deep valleys with fantastic views, steep walls around the path and beautiful nature. Along the way, we will find three of the most amazing villages of this mountain region. Covas do Monte, Covas do Rio and Aldeia da Pena form a triangle that will surely thrill any trekking enthusiast. The trek has around 12 km across different landscape types.

Please note that this trip is suitable for people with a good physical condition, without fear of heights.

What to take with you?

Please take trekking clothes and good trekking boots with you. Bring a small backpack to carry water and snack. Sunscreen and hat or cap are also recommended.

Itinerary

9:00	meeting in our office at Vouzela. Travel in own cars to Covas do Monte. The journey lasts about 30 minutes (we can take you in our car, max. 6 people).
10:00	begining of trekking.
12:30	stop for lunch approximately in the middle of our track.
17:30	estimated arrival to the point where we started. Visit to the village of Covas do Monte and return home.
