All about the trip

Join us for an incredible day of trekking up Lang Bian, the highest mountain in Dalat. The mountain is well known locally because of its three pointy peaks. Proudly standing at 2167 meters above sea level, once you're at the summit you can see Dalat and its surrounding towns, all for as far as the eye can see! You can also view the Golden Lake from up here. Cameras at the ready!

Our day of adventure begins at around 8:30 in the morning with collection from either the meeting point or your hotel in Dalat.

After a short trip, we'll arrive at the start of the Lang Bian trekking route. As we ascend we will also learn about the flora and fauna that can be found here in Vietnam’s central highland area. Your English-speaking guide will explain everything to you whilst you are here.

At about 18 km in total, this trek is a moderately-paced challenge for most hikers. You should prepare well for 6 hours of hiking. It's a good idea to have a big breakfast, check your footwear and charge your camera batteries before you leave.

On your way back, we’ll briefly stop at Lat Village (AKA 'The Chicken Village'), so you can learn more about the local people’s lives and enjoy some culture. The largest concrete chicken in Vietnam also lives here, so get ready for some hilarious selfies with that; we know you love it.

You'll be returned to your hotel in Dalat afterwards, full of smiles. Trust us.
