The pool freediving sessions complimented with a sea-view is an excellent place for static apnea session which gets you ready for further freediving courses.

Freediving training is one of the most relaxing sport in the world. You are surrounded by a vast quiet environment, suspended in a dark blue world - a totally relaxing experience. In fact, many freedivers describe the sensation as flying in the water.

We begin by teaching you theory after which we go into the water and concentrate on your confidence in the water while putting learned new skills to test. Our instructors are experts with years of experience who will accompany you all the way. Our training will provide you with all the necessary skills to be able to master breathing techniques which are essential.

It would literally be a breath-taking experience leaving you wanting for more.
