Discover the beauty of portugues coastline in Arrábida mountain. Using wet suites we will discover the beauty off sea caves, exploring their history and also their wild life.

The “Soft Coasteering - Portinho da Arrábida” is an experience for those looking for strong emotions, in a heavenly place inside the Luís Saldanha Marine Park !! Soft Coasteering, or in other words 'Fly Into Water', is a multi-activity as it encompasses Trekking, Swimming, Caving, Small Climbing and Sea Jumping ... In fact, many jumps to the crystal clear waters of the Serra da Arrábida coast.

What is not included in the price

Transfers to and from Lisbon or Setúbal can be arranged for an extra fee of EUR 40 per person for the minimum of 2 people

Participants with long hair need to use a hair band.
