All about the trip

We start our tour from Emporio. There we can make a stop to the old city of Castelli and admire the beautiful narrow streets and houses.

After the city visit, we continue our tour traveling through the wine roads to Megalochori. It is the best spot for a wine tasting to one of the oldest wineries of Santorini (Venetsanos Winery), or for greek coffee (or juice) at a local coffee place.

Continuing our tour, we pedal on a traditional road of Megalochori to find ourselves enjoying the Caldera view.

For our journey back we follow a different road through the vineyards, of course. Along the way, we will pass under the windmills of Emporio.

Please, be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior departure. If you are traveling with kids, please be at the meeting point 20-30 minutes in advance.

What to take with you?

Please, take comfortable clothes, shoes appropriate for cycling (avoid high heels and slippers). On hot summer days, use sunscreen and sunglasses.
