All about the trip

Getting caught inside and going over the falls in heavy waves is part of the adventure, but to surfers who are unprepared, this can be terrifying and dangerous.

During your surfing survival course, you will develop the skills and knowledge to hold your breath much longer with ease, getting above the surface becomes rudimentary and managing stress will become second nature. Our training methods involve all the elements of oxygen conservation and the correct methods of human movement underwater, plus we keep it fun even while learning about serious things. With the ability to deal with stress and hold your breath longer, you will push your boundaries further and your surfing will step-up to a higher level.

Minimum age of the participant is 12 years of age (under 18 years requires parental consent form) and you must be able to swim.

What to take with you?

Please bring your swimwear, towel and some snacks and beverage.

	1 full day - 9:00 to 17:00
	Morning: Theory and breathing sessions / Confined water session 1
	Afternoon: Confined water session 2
	Late afternoon: Final simulation

To get here, simply fly to CEBU – Mactan International Airport. If you wish we can organize your transfer from Mactan Cebu airport to meet you and bring you directly to Freedive HQ or your selected accommodation.

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
