All about the trip

The trip starts at Espiunca where you receive your equipment and change clothes in our facilities. You will be given a short mandatory safety briefing and before you go into the river, the instructor will explain how to act in the river, how to paddle, how to respond to commands and how to swim. Then you are ready to enjoy the trip and see the incredible nature only to be discovered from a boat on the river. We guarantee a healthy dose of adrenaline and lots of fun along the way!

At the end of your trip, it's time to relax as we will have a light lunch at Espiunca together. After this exciting activity, our transport service will pick you up and bring you back to your accommodation.

Please note that the minimum age for the activity is 14 years and all participants must know how to swim. Maximum weight limit per person is 115 kg.

What to take with you?

Please bring a towel, bathing suit and what you need for shower.

Itinerary

	Pick-up at your hotel or hostel in Porto or Aveiro.
	Meet your guides at Espiunca.
	You will be given instructions, training and comprehensive safety talk.
	We can lend you all the necessary clothing and rafting equipment.
	When you are ready to go to the water, we drive you and your guide to the start of the rafting (25 minutes).
	Rafting through the river back to Espiunca takes approx. 1,5 – 2 hours.
	Light lunch and drink in Espiunca.
	Our transport service will pick you up and bring you back to your accommodation.

Where do we meet and where will the trip end?

Meeting place:

We will pick you up at your accommodation in Oporto or Aveiro. Please write us an email to geral@nomadas.pt where would you like to be picked up.

Final destination:

We will drop you off at your accommodation in Oporto or Aveiro.

Cancellation Policy - Benevolent

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
