All about the trip

Our most popular rafting trip at Dagali, and for good reason, because we make sure we take you to the most fun spots on the river! And the best part? This activity is suitable for nearly everybody.

Our beloved river, the Numedalslågen, is the most technical whitewater rafting river in northern Europe, and also one of the longest in Norway.

The water’s level and your group’s rafting ability often determines where we will be starting, as some parts are more exciting than others depending on the height of the water. Obviously, all across the length of the Numedalslågen at Dagali there are rapids, waves and waterfalls; all of which make for an amazing rafting experience.

We continuously monitor the river throughout the entire season to ensure that we take you to the best parts. At some sections we will be able to stop and even do some surfing or cliff-jumping! It all depends on the water level and this is determined by the season and whether the snow has melted yet.

Of course, our premium rafting trip is best enjoyed by those who have had a little bit of whitewater experience before. On this trip, the lowest age we accept is 12yrs old (provided they have written parental consent). This trip really is suitable for everyone though, with our oldest participant so far being 84yrs old!

What to take with you?

Please bring a towel, extra underwear or thermal underwear if it's a cold day. Bring your own food and water, or there is a small snack kiosk located on site. BBQs are also available too. Please contact us by email if you are wondering how to feed a big group of people as we can make special arrangements at our campsite.

Cancellation Policy - Benevolent

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
