Meet our representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III. courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. The exact address is III. nádvoří 48/2 119 01 Praha 1. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella!

TICKET INFO: The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and will give you the 20 minutes long introduction. The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane and St. Vitus Cathedral).

ONLINE GUIDE INFO: Together with this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), which will allow you to log into the online guide.

The representative will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the starting time. In case you are running late, please let us immediately know.
