All about the trip

Explore the rich wildlife and beautiful nature of Chile. Visit the Penguins Natural Monument on Magdalena and Marta Islands and watch large colonies of penguins on the shores. Sea lions and dolphins frequently accompany the boats here and we can see cormorants flying above. If we are lucky we can spot whales as well.

We meet at our office in Punta Arenas and after checking in we board our speedboat and set sail to Magdalena Island. The boat ride takes 45 minutes.

After landing we explore the natural habitat of the Magellanic penguins in one of its largest colonies in South America with our guide for 1 hour.

Then we continue to Marta Island to watch sea lions, dolphins and cormorants. We may see whales on our tour too.
