All about the trip

The activity takes place in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Garraf Coast) in Barcelona and consists of couple of hours of exploring beautiful coastline. This activity is ideal for families with children, for beginners or simply for someone who wants to paddle around without taking a specific course. The day starts at the PaddleinSpain Centre Group - located on the beach of Ribes Roges in Vilanova i la Geltrú. You will receive your equipment, for this activity, we will use double seat on top kayaks, easy to manage and control. We will change clothes and get ready to enjoy our trip. You will meet your instructor, who will accompany you all the time on tour and give you a briefing on safety and paddling techniques. On this trip we will paddle from Vilanova to Sant Gervasi beach, this will takes us 2,5 km distance in a couple of hours. It is not necessary to have previous experience to do this activity, because our instructor will give you all the basics for getting into the water and to control the kayak easily.

Minimum age: 8 years. All participants must know how to swim. Before your booking, please inform to the centre if you are exceptionally tall or overweight, or if you have any medical conditions, disabilities which affect your ability to participate in the activity.

Instructions

Juniors must be accompanied by an adult.

What to take with you?

We recommend bringing a swim suit and a towel, your own transport to get to the facilities, sun lotion, spare clothes, dive boots or shoes that can be wet.

Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
