All about the trip

Spend a gorgeous day outdoors and explore the beautiful nature of Bali. Experience the magical atmosphere of an early morning trek to Mount Batur and savor the fantastic view of the sunrise from the peak of the active volcano. Have fun white water rafting on the Ayung river.

We set off early in the morning and drive to the starting point of the trek. There we begin our climb up Mount Batur. The sacred Hindu mountain has an altitude of 1717 m. When we reach its top just in time for the sunrise we will be rewarded for our efforts by the splendid view. From the crater of the volcano we can see Lake Batur and the surrounding landscape.

We descend to the picturesque village of Toya Bungkah on the shore of the lake. From there we take a 1-hour drive to a coffee plantation where we can savor a cup of fresh delicious coffee.

Our adventure continues on the Ayung river. We board our rafts and set off on a 2-hour journey equipped with life vests and helmets. We enjoy exciting white water rafting and views of the exotic vegetation on the banks of the river.

After so much action we need to replenish our energies. We have a tasty lunch, relax and take in all the experiences of the day.

What to take with you?

Please wear long trousers, jacket and hiking shoes. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, shorts or a swimsuit, shoes suitable for rafting and a set of clothes you can change into after rafting.
