Montjuïc is one of the three mountains which surround the city and historically has been a strategic place to defend it. Get to know its history and evolution up to the present time on this exciting segway tour.

Itinerary

1	Departure. With the Segways prepared and the batteries loaded, we will be waiting for you in our office, right next to Las Ramblas, 5 minutes before departure time. After a safety briefing, we will go towards Montjuïc sliding along Las Ramblas and the Port Vell, to begin our mountain ascent.
2	Poble Sec viewpoint. One of the first points of interest is the Mirador of Poble Sec from where we can observe the city. With the Barcelona cable car over our heads, we will continue ascending the mountain, discovering parks, stadiums and old amusement parks to reach the highest point where Montjuïc Castle is located.
3	Montjuïc Castle. At 177 meters above sea level stands the old military fortress, which has been returned to the citizens, so space can be utilized with different events and exhibitions. The castle of Montjüic offers one of the best panoramas and some other secrets that we will reveal to you on our tour.
4	Remembering 1992 Olympic Games. Now for a bit of adventure! We will enjoy a bit of nature with our Segways on the mountain, as we head towards the Olympic ring. Made up of different Olympic structures built for the Olympic Games in 1992, such as the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, the Palau Sant Jordi, the Bernat Picornell pools and the unique telecommunications tower of Calatrava, there is still Olympic spirit in the area.
5	MNAC. We will go down the mountain to visit the impressive building of the National Museum of Art of Catalonia (MNAC), which includes all types of art. Our other visits will include Plaza Espanya, and The Montjuïc Magic Fountain, the scene of a light and water show, which after more than 80 years of operation, continues to amaze its attendants every night.
6	Joan Miró. From here we will go to another place of art in Catalonia, the Joan Miró Foundation.
7	Return. It's time to head back to the office by going through the Poble Sec area and its picturesque streets where we will recommend some places to eat.
