Every Friday we operate this weekend tour, including 3 nights accommodation at 4* hotel in Skopje city center, complementary Skopje walking tour, a day tour to Kosovo and a day tour to Tikvesh wine region with winetasting.

Itinerary

FRIDAY: Arrival
	Pick up from Skopje airport and private transfer to your hotel in Skopje. Complementary Skopje walking tour in the afternoon with our tour guide. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Skopje
SATURDAY: Day tour to Kosovo
	Day tour to visit so-called, “the youngest European country”. Kosovo border is less than 30 minutes from Skopje city center. You will have a chance to visit the Kosovo capital - Pristina, the picturesque town of Prizren, and the unique Orthodox church at Grachanica village.
	Grachanica monastery was built by the Serbian king Stefan Milutin in 1321 on the ruins of a 6th-century basilica. The monastery was declared a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance and in 2006 it was placed on UNESCO's World Heritage List under the Medieval Monuments in Kosovo. The monastery is dedicated to Holly virgin.
	Pristina - the capital and largest city of Kosovo, also is the administrative center of the country. Optional visit to the Ethnology Museum (entrance fee apply). The picturesque town of Prizren, with its old bazaar, possibility to visit Sinan Pasha mosque.
	And for those who like light hike, possibility to climb to the Prizren fortress with a nice view of the valley.
	Drive back to Skopje via mountain road across Shara Park (subject to weather conditions).
	Arrival in Skopje in the evening. Overnight in Skopje.
SUNDAY: Day tour to Tikvesh wine region
	The day tour starts at 09:00 with visit to nearby mountain Vodno and the monastery of St Panteleimon dating from 12th century. Drive on the main highway towards Tikvesh wine region, with stop and visit to the biggest Roman archeological site - Stobi.
	Upon arrival in Tikvesh wine region, you will be invited to tast some of the best wines produced in the region accompanied with 3 course local lunch at the winery restaurant.
	Later on, transfer back to Skopje and arrival in Skopje early in the evening. Overnight in Skopje.
MONDAY: Departure
	Depending on your flight schedule private transfer to Skopje airport.
	If your flight is in the afternoon, possibility to have Matka lake tour in the morning (with supplement)

Meeting place:

You will be picked up and dropped off at Skopje airport. Please let us know the flight details during the booking process.

Final destination:

Same as the meeting point.

Cancellation Policy - Benevolent

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
