All about the trip

Family fun is guaranteed when you’re enjoying the Numedalslågen river in Norway!

Located in Dagali, the Numedalslågen river is northern Europe’s most technical whitewater river and is also one of the longest rivers in Norway. Twists, turns, rapids, waves, swells and much more await you on this awesome whitewater adventure!

Our waterfun trips are aimed specifically at families with young children above the age of 4yrs old.

This is where we welcome whitewater beginners to learn how to enjoy the river safely. Your experienced instructors will know exactly which parts of the river to take you to so that it is possible to safely enjoy some whitewater fun.

You will need to be prepared to get very wet on this activity, but fear not, as all wetsuits, PFDs and rafting equipment are provided on this experience. We also provide transport to and from the river along with thorough instructions on how to raft safely before we enter the river. Just bring a towel and some dry clothes to change into once we are finished. Obviously it helps if you have had some moderate swimming experience before.

This activity is just perfect for families, so come and make some memories that you will cherish for a lifetime on one of Norway’s most famous rivers! The Numedalslågen.

What is not included in the price

A memory stick with photos of you and your family rafting can be purchased for additional 250 NOK

Instructions

What to take with you?

Please bring a towel, extra underwear or thermal underwear if it's a cold day. Bring your own food and water, or there is a small snack kiosk located on site. BBQs are also available too. Please contact us by email if you are wondering how to feed a big group of people as we can make special arrangements at our campsite.

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
