All about the trip

Your experience starts at Camp Děčín, where we will hand you in a raft, paddles and a dry bag. A short briefing will take place on-site. The longest trip from our offer, with 22 km of a pleasant pace in 4.5 hours. When leaving Děčín, you will be amazed by the looks of the Shepherd's Wall with the Via Ferrata and with Děčín chateau on the other side, which rises above the river. The river will take you through a majestic sandstone canyon through the national parks of Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland to the spa town of Bad Schandau in neighboring Germany. There we bring you the bikes for a cycling trip back to Decin. It is up to you whether you choose to visit the center of the spa town with many restaurants and nice cafes or choose a direct route back to Děčín along the Elbe Cycle Route.

Itinerary

You will be given a boat at the starting point in the Děčín Camp with all the equipment and a short instruction talk for the trip. The final destination of the trip is in Bad Schandau, on the left river bank 100 meters away from the road bridge, where we will pick up the boats and all the equipment after you finish and switch it with bikes for you to go back on the Elbe Cycle Route which is also on the left river bank. The bikes need to be returned until 6pm at the Kemp Decin reception. We charge 300 CZK for late returns.
