All about the trip

Discover the historical as well as the modern-day face of Heraklion. See its famous sights and visit the bustling markets to experience the day-to-day life of the city. And admire the sea life with its fantastic diversity in the CretAquarium with 60 huge tanks.

We will pick you up in your hotel any place between Malia and Agia Pelagia and drive in an air-conditioned bus to the starting point of our tour.

First, we visit the CretAquarium where we can watch many fish including big sharks and other sea creatures.

Then, we will visit the busy open-air market selling vegetables, fruit, clothes, folk art and other merchandise for a good price.

Our last stop will be in center of Heraklion. We will visit the Lions’ Square with its many restaurants. And admire the beauty of many of the city's Byzantine churches.

What is not included in the price

• Pick-up and drop-off in hotels outside of the area between Malia and Agia Pelagia
• Entry fee to CretaAquarium (adult €12, child from 5 to 17 years of age €6)
