All about the trip

The Nha Trang region is very famous for its amazing beaches and islands. Joins us for a cruise on the river Cai and experience the local culture, beautiful countryside and get to know local traditions.

Your tour will start at the Ponagar Temple, where you will board one of the wooden boats that will take you to your first stop. Get your camera ready! The view of the countryside is amazing here!

The first stop will be at the so-called "Whales Shrine" that was discovered by a local fisherman. Then you will continue your cruise to the "Coconut dune" where you will rest and taste the fresh coconuts in the local coconut garden.

The next stop is "The Ancient House" that was built in the 17th century and it is very well known for its beautiful garden with bonsais and fruit trees. You can buy some souvenirs here and enjoy fruit and water that our guide will prepare for you.

The last stop will be the local mat manufacture. Here you can see how woven mats are made. It is a difficult process where workers can make just about four mats in a day which they trade for food, fruit, and other supplies on the local market.

At the end of this tour, our guide will drive you back to your hotel or the city center of Nha Trang.
