All about the trip

Land tour from Athens to Dubrovnik.

This tour starts in Athens and ends in Dubrovnik. Included in this tour are visits to several sights of interest and includes a few guided trips but also makes room for travelers to have some leisure time or explore independently. Your English Speaking guide will be with you all the time to give you useful information about all the sites we will be visiting. You will make a lot of fun memories during this 6-day tour.

What is included in the price

Transportation according the itinerary by car, minivan or minibus;
5 nights accommodation at boutique 3* and 4* hotels, including daily breakfast and taxes;
Services of an English speaking driver and local host for the whole tour;
Guided tours at Ohrid and Tirana
Visits as described in the program, excluding entrance fees;
1 bottle of water per person / per day complementary.

What is not included in the price

Supplement for accommodation in SGL room - 285 € (on request, to be required and paid during the booking process - included in the price for solo travelers)
Supplement for HB (dinner x 7) when minimum 3 persons on tour - € 178 per person (on request, to be required and booked in advance)

Itinerary

DAY 1: Departure from Athens to Meteora
	Pick up from Athens and departure towards Delphi ancient site. Individual visit to the museum and the site (admission fee to be paid on the spot). Lunch break and afternoon departure towards Kalambaka, near Meteora monasteries.
	O/N in Kalambaka, hotel Famissi Eden or similar.
DAY 2: Greek mountains
	Morning visit to two Meteora monasteries. Drive north to the picturesque village of Metsovo for coffee break. Continue to Ioanina lake and city. Afternoon at leisure, we recommend a boat ride to the island on Ioanina lake or to explore the old town. O/N in Ioanina, hotel Politia or similar
DAY 3: Welcome to Albania
	Drive towards Albanian border. Upon arrival in Saranda, visit to Butrinti Ancient site with local guide. Afternoon at leisure in Saranda. Overnight in Saranda.
Day 4: Albanian coastline.
	Morning drive along the coastline and the picturesque road across Llogara national park. Afternoon visit to Durres, the biggest Albanian port. O/N in Tirana, hotel Mondial or similar.
DAY 5: Tirana and Kruje
	Full day tour - morning Tirana city tour and afternoon visit to Kruje and the museum of Skenderbay. Back to Tirana for overnight.
Day 6: Tirana to Shkodra and welcome to Montenegro
	Drive north to the town of Shkodra, once capital of the Illyrian kingdom. Possibility to visit Rozafa castle and lunch break at the city center. Afternoon drive towards Montenegro and its capital Podgorica. Drive on the picturesque Moracha canyon and further towards Durmitor NP and Tara canyon, woth stop by Tara bridge. Overnight in Zabljak.
Day 7: More of Montenegro
	Drive on wild Montenegro mountains and arrival in Cetinje, the former Royal capital of Montenegro. City tour and continue towards Lovchen NP and on picturesque mountain road drive to Kotor bay. O/N in Budva area.
DAY 8: Boka Kotorska bay to Dubrovnik
	Morning drive along Boka Kotorska bay with stop and individual visit to Kotor old town. Border crossing and drop off your Dubrovnik hotel.
	End of the tour.

Cancellation Policy - Strict

Cancellation more than 30 days, prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 30 to 10 days prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the starting date. No refunds.
