All about the trip

We will leave towards Santoña at 9:15. This medium-size fishing village is famous for its anchovy manufacture. There we will visit the anchovy factory of "Conservas Emilia" and we will see how their anchovies are prepared. We will also do a bit of panoramic driving to visit this beautiful village.

Our next stop will be in the vineyard of "Bodegas Vidular" in Noja. We will enjoy a relaxing walk along their vineyard while we learn how they produce their white wine. After this visit, you will enjoy a wine tasting in this wonderful place.

Our lunch will be in a local restaurant in the Pasiego Valleys. We will spend some time there before continuing towards Vega de Pas, which is one of the original villages. We will also take this opportunity to do a bit of sightseeing. You will love the landscapes of the Pasiego Valleys! They are simply beautiful.

Finally, we will stop in the largest sobaos factory (these are local pastries of the region) in the area: "Sobaos Joselín". We will visit their museum of “the sobao and the quesada" and taste the original sobao with a glass of milk.

After this unforgettable day, we will start our trip back to Santander where we should arrive around 19:00.
