All about the trip

You are into freediving already, and now you want to go to the next level. Whether you want to work on your equalization, your adaptation to pressure or just to take on a new challenge, this course is for you! Variable Weight Freediving (VWT) is one of the best ways to acclimatize the brain and body for deeper freediving.

Your lesson starts at 9:00 with a theory class which encompasses techniques of VWT and safety. After that, you go for an open water session to practice what you have learned from your experienced instructor. After a break for lunch and rest to recover for the second part of the day, you have another open water session to improve your new skills and appreciate the underwater world of the Philippines.

This course grants a certification given by the Scuba Schools International (SSI), which is one of the most prestigious organizations that teaches the skills involved in scuba diving and freediving.

As it wasn’t enough, you can still use – free of charge - our private beach, terrace, and stand up paddleboards for a perfect day.
