Set in Northern Vietnam, Ninh Binh is famous for its beautiful nature mixed with temples on the mountain, rice paddies stretching along the river and many natural caves. This is a perfect mix for an unforgettable experience in this country.

Your tour starts with your guide picking you up from your hotel to enjoy a scenic drive through an area of natural beauty, often referred to as "Ha Long Bay on land." Your first stop is at Hoa Lu, where you can visit two temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh and Le. The ruins of these constructions have nearly been absorbed by the spectacular scenery, creating a mystical atmosphere that plays with your imagination. After that, you head towards Mua cave, a beautiful site full of exciting stories. First, you have to climb 500 stone steps leading up to the top of the mountain, where you have dramatic views of Tam Coc, the countryside and the Ngo Dong river.

When it is about noon, it is time to try the local cuisine and recover for the second part of your tour. After your break, you go for a boat tour to visit the scenic landscape of the majestic mountains and the fields where the sampan goes along the Ngo Dong river. This is an astonishing site with spectacular karst formations which contribute to the reputation of this place as being the “Halong Bay on land.”

The last activity of your trip is a half-hour cycling session through villages, rice fields, rivers, and rocky outcrops inside the village. You can expect to meet cows and water buffalo all along the way.
