Start your adventure-packed day with a private pick-up from your accommodation.

Hatsvali resort and Tower of Love

We start our journey at 10:00. Our driver and the guide will pick you up from your hotel. Using the special 4 WD we will start our trip to Ushguli village. Our first stop during this unforgettable trip will be at the Hatsvali resort where you'll spend around 2 hours and have lunch with magnificent views (lunch is optional). There you'll have a chance to use a local cable car to go to the top of the mountains. It is certainly worth seeing because of its stunning sceneries of surrounding areas and you can enjoy lunch while gazing at the beautiful region.

After the Hatsvali resort, you'll visit Sikvarulis Koshki (Tower of Love) our guide will tell you the secret behind the tower's name. On the way to Ushguli village, you will have an opportunity to see the Ushba Mountain.

Ushguli village

The village is the highest village in Europe. The whole place is full of traditional Svanetian towers. This is one of few places which managed to keep its authentic environment. You have a feeling as if you were still in the middle ages. Because of preserved rich history, this whole village is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage. Views of the nature around this place cannot be described by words. You will have free time to walk around and interact with local people.

Lamaria church

This is one of the most mystical churches and certainly most sacred places in the Svaneti region. When arriving at the Lamaria church, the guide will provide you with information about the place after which our guests will have the opportunity to have a short hike around the area. You will also be able to enjoy the views of Shkhara Mountain (the highest mountain in Georgia).

After enjoying all the pleasures the day has offered. we will return to Mestia.
