All about the trip

Explore the fantastic landscape of the northern coast of Fuerteventura with its volcanic craters, a desert and long sandy beaches. Enjoy an easy ride through the countryside on a fat tire electric bike.

We ascent from Corralejo and soon we find ourselves travelling through an amazing lunar landscape caused by an ancient volcanic activity on the island.

Shortly we reach the Bayuyo craters and then the impressive Calderón Hondo which is the biggest one of them and actually looks like a huge pit from a meteorite fallen from the sky.

At the other side of Calderón Hondo there is a desert and we stop at the village of Lajares to take a break at a local bar.

Refreshed we easily ride the stretch from inland to the coast. Arriving to the small village of Majanicho in a protected bay we see the gorgeous sandy beach where we can relax and have a swim.

From Majanicho we return to Corralejo via coastal road with a beautiful view of the sea.
