All about the trip

Grade 3-5 rapids await you on some of the gnarliest parts of the Numedalslågen river. This is our most-extreme whitewater rafting trip that we offer and is only available for experienced rafters over the age of 18.

Along with the rapids, there are numerous famous waterfalls along the route too. These include the aptly-named “Surpriser”, the always crazy, “Five Holes” and the infamous “Ismarfoss”. These waterfalls are well known in river rafting communities across the world and you will see why when you experience them firsthand.

We can’t emphasize enough that this activity is for experienced whitewater rafters only!

You will need to be physically fit, healthy and able to swim in strong currents. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us and we will do our best to advise you.

What is not included in the price

A memory stick with action photos of you and your fellow rafters can be purchased for additional 250 NOK

You will need previous rafting experience - this activity is not suitable for newbies!

Minimum age is 18yrs old.

What to take with you?

Please bring a towel, extra underwear or thermal underwear if it's a cold day. Bring your own food and water, or there is a small snack kiosk located on site. BBQs are also available too. Please contact us if you are wondering how to feed a big group of people as we can make special arrangements at our campsite.

Cancellation Policy - Benevolent

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
