All about the trip

Getaway from the fast-paced lifestyle of Korea's busy cities and take a tour through Eastern Jeju! Take a trip to the island that has been deemed "South Korea's Hawaii!" During this tour, you will have a private vehicle, along with a licensed, professional English-speaking tour guide. Throughout the day, your guide will offer tips, provide information and handle any language barriers that may occur during the tour. Jeju island is a volcanic island consisting chiefly of basalt and lava off the coast of Korea. The entire island has been deemed a natural world heritage site, leaving it mostly untouched by large corporation interference.

To start, you have the option of choosing from Jeju Stone Culture Park, Eco Land or Rail Bike. The stone park is a huge museum and ecological park exhibiting the stone culture from the ancient lives of the Jeju people. The park is shrouded in myth about the creation of Jeju island. This is a must-see park whilst on the island of Jeju; it offers the perfect combination of history and mystery. However, if you prefer a theme park, you can choose Eco Land which offers charming parks and old fashion train rides through various peaceful gardens. Another option is to start the tour by rail bike, exploring the Yongnuni Oreum a volcanic edifice on the island. There is luckily an option for every type of traveler on this island!

The next stop will be the Seongeup Folk Village, a place showcasing traditional abodes in Jeju. The old tradition is very much alive on the island and is encouraged to preserve the culture of the island. After a morning of sightseeing, it will be time for a lovely traditional lunch, you can go with the recommendation of your guide or wherever you prefer. On the last part of the tour, we will tour through UNESCO Natural Heritage site Songsan Sunrise Peak and Manjanggul Cave. Both sites have their special mythos, making them important to the people of Jeju.
