All about the trip

We will begin our tour by driving in a comfortable vehicle from Brasov. The way winds among the hills of Carpathian Arch crossing Transylvania. After making our way through Bogăţii forest, the imposing silhouette of Rupee Citadel appears, newly renovated and open to the public. After visiting it we will continue to Sighisoara. Along the way, we will pass through Bunesti village and Viscri on a rustical country road. Viscri village is a true representative of Transylvania, being very well preserved with typical old-times feeling. It is one of the Transylvanian villages where Prince Charles of Wales has a house. The village and its surroundings can be admired from the fortified church tower (UNESCO heritage). Once we leave Viscri we will head directly to Sighisoara, the citadel-city (also UNESCO heritage) with buildings, walls and defence towers from the Middle Ages. We will visit the “upper town” with Clock Tower, the house where Vlad the Impaler was born, the Covered Stairway, the Hill Church, and the Evangelic cemetery.

After we finish the tour full of incredible memories, we will take you back to Brasov.
