Only after buying everything you need and choosing the best products, you will enter the heart of this wonderful and authentic experience.

The doors of the kitchen of a local chef will open to welcome you: here, with your help, he will prepare some of the typical dishes of the Sicilian tradition that you can then taste.

If you wish - for a small extra fee - you can choose to host the chef directly in the kitchen of your accommodation to enjoy this exciting experience in complete tranquility.

To ensure adherence to the Tour schedule, all participants are asked to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance

The visit to the Ortigia Market is not scheduled on Sunday, as it is closed

You can do the cooking directly in your home, and not in the chef's kitchen, with the "Chef at Home" option

If the Ortigia Market cannot be visited, our Chef will guide you through the streets of the island to purchase local products from our partner stores

When booking, it is important to point out any intolerances or allergies to food and beverages
