All about the trip

Have a lovely day in Iceland by caving and horseback riding in the unique Icelandic nature.

The cave we will visit is called Leiðarendi. The 900 meter long lava tube offers unique rock formations, such as stalactites and shelves. Some light crawling may be required yet Leiðarendi cave has a rather easy access to the underworld wonders of the Icelandic lava fields.

The horse riding will take place at the friendly family farm where you’ll ride on the Icelandic horse which has five gaits. You will enjoy the Icelandic nature and at the same time you will get to know these small friendly horses. A truly enjoyable outdoor day awaits you!

You can rent a GoPro camera from us.

What to take with you?

We will provide you with all the necessary gear required for caving and horse riding, but we would ask you to bring warm clothes to wear in the cave and during your horseback ride. Also, please bring water resistant outer layer as it can be wet inside the cave, good hiking shoes, lunch or a snack and a camera.

Itinerary

	Summer departures: From March 1st – October 31st: Pick-up time is between 7:45 and 8:15
	Winter Departures: From November 1st – February 28th: Pick-up is between 8:45 and 9:15

Meeting place information:

We arrange pick-ups at the hotels in Reykjavik.
Please let us know by during the booking where would you like to be picked up.

Final destination:

Same as the meeting point

Your drop-off address will be the same as your pick-up address.

Cancellation Policy - Benevolent

Cancellation more than 4 days prior to the starting date. Clients are automatically refunded the full booking price.
Cancellation within 48 to 96 hours prior to the starting date. Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the starting date. No refunds.
