All about the trip

Grab a paddle and enjoy a great time on the water, discovering a special district of Budapest with a beautiful landscape all around. The riverbank at Rómaifürdő is not so far away from the city center. This is where our tour begins.

An experienced steersman will give you a short briefing about safety and then we can finally paddle up an attractive branch of the river to a small island on Danube. We will see a wonderful landscape and enjoy a peaceful nature along the water. The easy part will follow when we go with the flow down the river current!

This trip is suitable even for beginners and it is a great opportunity to have some fun for everyone who loves active recreation.

At the end of the trip, you can enjoy some relaxation at some of the open air bars which are located on the bank of the river.

This trip is not recommended for children under 7 years of age unless parents are experienced in canoeing.

The date of the trip can be rescheduled depending on the weather conditions and water level. In that case, you can either choose an alternative date offered or get a full refund of the fee paid.

Please take your swimwear, hat, sunscreen, some snacks and beverages. In cloudy or colder days take some warmer clothes.
