All about the trip

Your experience starts at Kemp Děčín, where we will hand you a kayak or canoe, a paddle and a boat bag. A short briefing will take place on site. The longest trip from our offer awaits you, when you will cover 22 km in 4.5 hours at a pleasant pace. When you set sail from Děčín, you will be amazed by the view of the Shepherd's Wall with the via ferrata and the opposite Děčín Castle, which rises above the river. The river takes you through a majestic sandstone canyon through the national parks of Czech and Saxon Switzerland to the spa town of Bad Schandau in neighboring Germany. Here we will hand you the bikes and it is up to you whether you choose to visit the center of the spa town with a number of restaurants and pleasant cafes or choose a direct route back to Děčín along the Elbe cycle path.
