All about the trip
We start the tour from the Chain Bridge, pass by the Elisabeth Bridge and the Downtown Parish Church, then take the small boulevard to show you the famous Central Market Hall, the National Museum and the largest Synagogue of Europe from outside.
We then take the Andrássy Avenue, pass by the St Stephen's Basilica as well as the Opera House and stop at Heroes' Square to show you the statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and dukes while giving you a brief overview of the last 1000 years of Hungarian history. Next, we discover the City Park on foot (Europe's largest thermal spa, Budapest Zoo and Vajdahunyad Castle).
After this pleasant walk we drive over to the Buda side and stop in the Castle District. We walk to the Matthias Church and the Fishermen's Bastion (from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama) and other main attractions of the area.
Next, we drive to the Gellért Hill (Citadel) and show you the most spectacular view of Budapest. We then take you over the Elisabeth Bridge to Pest.
The tour ends in the city-centre.
