All about the trip
Bird watching in Romania gives you the opportunity to enjoy both mountain species of birds, as well as wetland species of birds in what is called “The Danube Delta of the Carpathians”, a Ramsar bird protected area. This short trip gives you the chance to enjoy the spectacular area of the Carpathians and look for wetland birds like Marsh Harriers, Pelicans, Egrets, Cormorants and many more. In the same area, you can see also mountain species of birds like owls, woodpeckers, tits etc.
