All about the trip

Discover the beautiful nature of Ba Bể National Park. Explore the nature reserve with many rare fauna species including Chinese pangolin, Asian black bear or flying squirrels. Admire the largest natural fresh water lake in Vietnam and its surrounding tropical forest on an exhilarating day trek.

We set off on our journey from Bo Lu village. There is Ba Bể Tourism Center there offering useful information about the nature reserve.

We continue to Coc Toc village. Local people make their living by fishing and majority of them belongs to Tay ethnic so we get a chance to learn a bit about Tay culture here.

After crossing Pelu stream we follow small trails through steep terrain and enjoy fantastic views of the mountains.

We have a picnic lunch in Nam Dai village. Refreshed we explore the surrounding area with stilt houses and visit the local school.

Our last stop will be at Quan Gio village where people of Hmong ethnic live.
