During your stay in Amsterdam, you can not miss a bike tour through the city’s canals. Likewise, it disclaims any responsibility, both to the company and to the guide, derived from the misuse or negligent practice of the bicycle during the bike tour to be carried out.
In any case, the participant is responsible for having accident insurance if necessary.
The renting party does hereby agree to take full responsibility in case of any damage to any person, the bike o to loss of the bike during the tour.
