All about the trip

Welcome to the modern and cosmopolitan capital of United Arabic Emirates, the forward-thinking city where nothing stands still except perhaps herons in the mangroves. Abu Dhabi can offer a diverse territory including deserts, oasis, mountains, beaches, warm and clear waters, multiple islands in combination with ancient heritage.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Dubai and make the first stop at the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in UAE with a capacity of 40 000 worshippers and visitors. The unique structure is a blend of many cultures as its architects came from Britain, Italy, UAE and the inspiration for its design was borrowed from Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt among other Islamic countries.

We will be moving to the Art Gallery, one of the most famous Islamic art galleries in the city, a nice and quiet place for art lovers that can buy here expensive carpets and souvenirs.

Our next destination will be the luxurious Emirates Palace Hotel, part of Kempinski Hotels, located on the beach with palm gardens. Treat yourself with ice cream sprinkled with 23-carat gold flakes (for an extra charge not included in the price).

Later, we will have a photo stop at Etihad Tower - five stunning towers bathing in sunshine. One of the scenes in Fast and Furious movie shot in Etihad Tower.

Enjoy the drive through Corniche of Arabian Gulf on the way to the Heritage Village. Heritage is a reconstruction of a traditional desert village with crafts workshops, monthly cultural festivals, and a museum. This is your chance to learn more about the original tribal lifestyle.

Our next destination is the Marina Mall, one of the largest malls in Abu Dhabi, where you can have your lunch (at your own expense) and do some shopping.

Then, we will move to the Dates Market, where you can buy good quality dates and dry fruits.

Before the end of the tour, we will visit Yas Island, a single island housing three theme parks – Ferrari World, Warner Bros, and Yas Water World. Enjoy the shopping at Yas Mall and complete your wonderful day with an exciting visit to Ferrari World.

Instructions

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is open daily for its visitor, from Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 and 22:00, on Friday between 17:00 and 19:00.

The mosque is closed to tourists on special occasions, such as any Islamic festival as per the UAE laws. This information is announced only a few days before the closing date.

Normally we provide a 1-hour break for lunch during the city tour. You can have lunch at your own expense in Marina Mall food court or restaurants.

Entry to the Emirates Palace is subject to the approval of the hotel authority. If you are denied access, we provide a photo stop outside.

The tour itinerary is subject to change based on the weather conditions and availability of the attractions.

The duration of the trip and the time of pick-up and drop-off may vary and depends on the weather and traffic conditions.

During special occasions, some of the attraction will be closed without prior notice.

We can provide a stroller and wheelchair upon your request for additional charges.

What to take with you?

Women must wear long loose clothing that covers their arms, head, and legs during the mosque visit.
We can provide an abaya (long black traditional dress) with a scarf but they must be returned after the visit.
Men must cover their shoulders and knees to be able to enter the mosque. We do not provide any clothing for men.
