All about the trip
Day 1: Nairobi –Samburu
Upon arrival you will be met by our office representative for a short safari briefing and soon start your safari through the coffee and pineapple plantations and onto Samburu, arriving in good time for lunch. In Samburu National Reserve you will be met by our safari guide where your photographic safari starts. Samburu boasts itself with the presence of unique species such as Grevy's Zebra, the long-necked gerenuk, various species of desert birds among the wildlife that shares this region of semi-arid habitat. As the sun goes down embark for an evening game drive in search for more wildlife among varied species of birds.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, enjoy an en-route game viewing drive as you exit the park, where your journey to Ol Pejeta by road, arriving before the time for lunch at Serena
Sweetwater’s Tented Camp. Ol Pejeta Game Sanctuary is home to a grand variety of wild game, bird-life, and exotic flora. This game sanctuary is the closest reserve to Nairobi with the ‘big five’ and has the highest ratio of game-to-area of any park or reserve in Kenya.
Evening game viewing and later return to the Serena Sweetwater’s Camp for diner and overnight.

Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Naivasha
After early breakfast, check out the lodge and enjoy an en-route safari as you exit the park soon after your journey to Lake Naivasha arriving before for lunch. After lunch and perhaps a dip in the pool, enjoy a boat excursion in Lake Naivasha for a chance to see hippos among varied species of birds, soon after return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara, approximately 5 Hours’
After breakfast drive across the Great Rift Valley to the famous Game Reserve in Kenya, Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. Soon after lunch leave for the
afternoon game viewing drive where you will have a chance to spot black-manned lion, wildebeest, elephant, leopard, cheetah, and buffalo along with varied species of hoofed animals. Meals and overnight at your lodge.
Why Masai Mara
Maasai Mara (Masai Mara) is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and most spectacular eco-systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system. Maasai Mara National Reserve stretches 1 510 sq km (580 sq miles) and raises 1 500-2 170 meters above sea level. Add the conservancies and the area is at least twice the size. It hosts over 95 species of mammals and over 570 recorded species of birds. This is the World Cup of Wildlife, and together with the Serengeti National Park, there is no better place to witness the best wildlife viewing in the world!

Day 6: Full Day in Masai Mara.
After breakfast leave with a picnic lunch for a full day exploring the Masai Mara National Reserve. The park is one of the seventh wonders of the world and you will have a chance to meet big cats, hippo pools, crocodiles, wildebeests, among other wildlife that this park is adorned to. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Masai Mara - Nairobi
After early morning breakfast, enjoy another en-route game drive as you exit the park where you will visit a Masai village where you learn about Masai culture as you take photos with the Masai people before your journey back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon, where you will be transferred to a city hotel for further arrangements or at the airport for your flight back home.
