Itinerary

Day 1: Mekong countryside cycling - kayaking– 35 km
	Morning, pick-up at your hotel and transfer to Ben Tre province (Mekong Delta) approximately 1,5 hours.
	We start our cycling adventure into the heart of the rural Mekong countryside.
	While pedaling along the narrow lanes, passing through banana plantation, fruit gardens, and coconut palms we will pass through the lush green landscape of the delta providing you with the real experience of the countryside.
	We take some local ferries crossing several canals and rivers for an amazing cycling day meeting with locals.
	After we’ve thoroughly burned some calories we will stop and have lunch at a local restaurant with some special Mekong food.
	Later we continue exploring the river life by kayak to experience the sunset on the mighty Mekong River.
	Check-in local eco-guest house on the island.
	In the levening, learn about some local food with the host. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at a local place.

	Cycling distance: from 30 km on flat, countryside roads
	Kayaking: from 1 hour on calm water

Day 2: local homestay - Xeo Quyt Base - Long Xuyen City
	Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise by kayak. This is the highlight of the day.
	We then taking the boat crossing the Mekong River and kayak to the floating market.
	Embark the boat and having lunch at local restaurant.
	In the afternoon,we will have few hours cycling to Xeo Quyt Base, one of local fighers base during Vietnam war.
	Spending time to visit to the base.
	Late afternoon, transfer to Long Xuyen City.
	Overnight in Long Xuyen.
	Activities: cycling, kayaking.
	Cycling distance: from 40 km on flat countryside roads
	Kayaking: from 1 hour on calm and quiet water
	Includes: accommodation, transportation, local guide, bikes, boat, kayak, meals, snack/drinks
Day 3: Long Xuyen - Chau Doc: cycling 50 km
	Morning, take a boat trip to see the floating market in Long Xuyen.
	Ferry crossing the Mekong River, then enjoy peaceful cycling along the riverbank.
	Today is also another great day to ride through rice paddies and to Cambodia border.
	Lunch break along the way at local restaurant.
	Afternoon, keep riding to Islamic island with stop at one of the local mosques to know about this religion in Mekong Delta, Vietnam.
	Transfer to Chau Doc Town.
	Overnight in Chau Doc.
	Cycling distance: from 60 km on flat countryside roads.
	Includes: accommodation, transportation, local guide, bikes, meals, snack/drinks
Day 4: Chau Doc - Ha Tien Town
	Today is another amazing day as we will cycle along the border between Vietnam – Cambodia. Riding through Khmer villages.
	Take a boat trip to visit to Tra Su Mangrove Forest.
	Afternoon, keep riding to Ha Tien Border Town.
	Transfer to Ha Tien.
	Overnight in Ha Tien Town.
	Cycling distance: from 50 km
	Includes: accommodation, transportation, local guide, bikes, meals, snack/drinks
Day 5: speed boat to Phu Quoc Island
	Morning, transfer to the pier to take a speed boat to Phu Quoc Island.
	End of wonderful Mekong adventures.
