Discover the very best of Nha Trang city with this 4x4 army Jeep tour!

Our day of adventure begins by collecting you from your hotel or accommodation in Nha Trang at 8:00 in the morning. Here you will meet your friendly, English-speaking driver for the day.

After cruising the streets and watching the city come alive in the morning light, our first stop will be The Oceanographic Institute. With Nha Trang being so dependant on the sea, it made sense to create one of the largest marine research centres in South East Asia right here in the city. Established in 1923, The Oceanographic Institute is home to over 10,000 sea specimens, which have taken nearly a century to collect. The main attraction being an enormous and very impressive whale skeleton.

Our second stop is an impressive stone church, otherwise known as the Mountain Church, or Nha Trang Cathedral. This church was built in 1928 by a French priest named Louis Vallet. Louis Vallet loved Nha Trang dearly and wanted to show his respect to this land. The impressive stained glass used in the church's windows were imported all the way from France. This stop provides a great opportunity to also take some memorable photos.

We continue our drive onto Long Son Pagoda. This beautiful temple was first built in 1886 on the top of Trai Thuy hill. You will have to walk 150 steps to reach the top and see the White Buddha statue up-close. At over 24 metres in height, it is an awe inspiring monument and regarded as one of the city's most famous landmarks.

Our journey continues onwards to the ancient and very impressive, Po Nagar Temple. Much like Long Son Pogoda, Po Nagar is regarded as one of the city's most impressive ancient landmarks. The temple's construction began in the late 8th century and was completed in 13th century. Many travellers pray here for health, luck and happiness; it's an awesome site to behold indeed.

Vinh Luong port, situated in the northern part of the city, is the last stop of our tour. It is an area of astounding natural beauty and here you will see all kinds of fishing vessels returning to unload their catch. It's very easy to get photos with Junk Boats in the background here.

The seafood wholesalers are the first on the scene at Vinh Luong in the morning. This is so they can collect the freshest fish of the day and deliver it to restaurants across Nha Trang city. Regardless though, if you are keen on buying the best of local seafood, then just ask your driver and we will find you the best merchants in the area.

Visiting the fishing village is a window into the culture and traditions of Vietnamese life. It's definitely a 'must do' and the best way to finish off the city tour.

After the tour has finished we will drive you back to your hotel.
