All about the trip

Lush green jungle, warm air that envelopes you and refreshing waterfalls make for the perfect hiking adventure! If this sounds like the experience for you, please join us for an adventure you don’t want to miss. This is a great trip for couples and families who want a nice challenge and beautiful views.

Our day will begin with our experienced guide picking you up from your hotel. From there we will make our way to the Khao Phra Taew National Park. Our guide will begin the tour by giving you a safety briefing of what to expect on the hike.

From there we will journey into the jungle making our ascent to the beautiful Tonsai waterfall. The trail is known for its rocky terrain, steep ascent and humidity; no sweat, no glory! This adds to the adventure as you may need to climb over or crawl under fallen trees.

As we move further along the hike you will be surrounded by giant bamboo and palm trees cloaking us in deep green fauna. In total the hike is about 8-kilometers and we will be sure to take breaks in between to enjoy the surroundings. Our guide is always on the lookout for wildlife such as the flying lemur, wild boar and gibbon; all things are possible to see on this tour!

Once we’ve made our way to the beautiful waterfall of Bang Pae, Phuket’s largest waterfall, feel free to take a dip and cool off!

After the waterfall we will make our way to the Gibbon Rehabilitation Center; an important project focused on gibbon conservation. If we’re lucky we might even be able to spot the noisy gibbons that call the jungle home. This tour focuses on “responsible tourism” and we hope that you will take this important value with you wherever you travel. After this we will refuel at a local Thai restaurant and finish the tour.

Lastly you will be picked up in our air-conditioned vehicle and transported back to your hotel.
