All about the trip

Lush green jungle, warm air that envelopes you and refreshing waterfalls make for the perfect hiking adventure! If this sounds like the experience for you, please join us for an adventure you don’t want to miss. This is a great trip for couples and families who want a nice challenge and beautiful views.

Our day will begin with our experienced guide picking you up from your hotel. We will then make our way to the Khao Phra Taew National Park. From there we will journey into the jungle to the “Gibbon Trail.” The trail is known for its rocky terrain, steep ascent, and humidity; no sweat, no glory! As we move further along the hike you will be surrounded by giant bamboo and palm trees cloaking us in deep green colors. If we’re lucky we might even be able to spot the noisy gibbons that call the jungle home. In total, the hike is about 2.5 kilometers and we will be sure to take breaks in between to enjoy the surroundings. Once we’ve made our way to the beautiful waterfall, feel free to take a dip and cool off! After this, we’ll enjoy refreshments to reward all our hard work finishing our hike for the day.

Lastly, you will be picked up in our air-conditioned vehicle and transported back to your hotel.

We had a great time with our guide! We enjoyed the 4 hour hike and felt both safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The snacks were delicious at the break, the stops were beautiful, and our guide did an incredible job of explaining what we were seeing! He was incredibly humorous and kind throughout the hike. This was an activity I was nervous to do going into it, and left having a great time and glad I did it! We would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in seeing some beautiful sights in the rainforest!
